Lin
explores the town of Broome in North West Australia to learn
about the early pearling days and the history of camels
used for transportation. Lin decides to see what it’s
like to travel by Camel on the famous white beaches of Broome
and explore its unique landscapes.
Then Lin explores the vast Kimberley in Western Australia
- home to varieties of flora and fauna, with amazing gorges,
powerful waterfalls and rich red soils; Lin examines the
effects of a thirty-year flood.
In pure adventure style, she helicopters, boats and hotfoots
her way through a land at the mercy of Mother Nature, meeting
many Australian animals on the way. She explores the best
of the Kimberley including the Horizontal
Falls,
the unique marine system of Montgomery reef and incredible
gorges of the Prince Regent, King George and Berkeley Rivers.
